What you send us

When you send us an order slip, a WhatsApp message or an email, we receive what you write, for example your name, phone number or email address, your city and the products you want, and any photos you attach.

Why we use it

To answer you, quote prices, buy and ship your goods, and keep the business records the law asks us to keep.

Who else sees it

The order slip on our home page opens WhatsApp or your email app. The website itself does not store what you type. WhatsApp and email providers carry your messages to us. When you order, we share only what is needed with suppliers and shipping companies, for example your delivery address with the carrier.

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your orders, and as long as Chinese law requires for business records.
